About

Hi, all! This site is, first and foremost, a blog about the state of the art in cybersecurity. It’s also kind of a blog about gadgets and about cats. We’ve also got a variety of hacker-interest stuff. The admin and main contributor is Jacqueline, a certified cybersecurity analyst and independent researcher with a background in technical education, process technology, and heavy industry. We have a variety of occasional contributors on deck, and our mascot is SOCKS, the eponymous Infosec Kitty.

You can trust that this site will collect as little of your data as possible and treat what of your data it must collect with the utmost care. We try to avoid any integration with companies like Google or Meta that deal in personal info because we care about your security as much as we care about our own. Also, we make every effort to comply with security and privacy regulations such as the GDPR.

We hope you like the site, and if you do please share it with your friends and colleagues!
